Delivery Policy

  • We ensure all due precautions are taken so that your package is delivered to you intact and on time by our delivery partners.
  • You can choose not to accept an item on the spot.
  • It is not possible to open products with a manufacturer’s seal and to return them on the spot.
  • The delivery time starts from the day you place your order to the day one of our delivery associates makes a first attempt to deliver to you.
  • Business days are from Monday to Friday, they do NOT include weekends or public holidays. Nevertheless, we do attempt delivery on Saturdays and Public Holidays.

Return Policy

We are sorry to hear you need to return a product. Please let us help you to make this process as easy as possible.

For returning a product purchased through vaitec.co.ke within the 7 day evaluation period:

  1. By completing the payment process means that you were satisfied by the color, shape, overall look and all outlined functions of the product.
  2. The product is not misused and should be clean and in good condition.
  3. The company will not accept any return of products purchased as a gift and the receiving party is not impressed.

Warranty

If you believe your product is malfunctioning during the warranty period, we can help

  • A legible copy of your original purchase receipt or invoice showing the name of the seller, product and date purchased is required.
  • Your payment details, for example, mpesa transaction code may be required
  • Unless a different warranty period is stated in the Warranty provided with your product, www.vaitec.co.ke warrants for a period of 1 year from the date of retail purchase by the original end-use purchaser, that this product, when delivered to you in new condition, in original packaging, from vaitec.co.ke and used in normal conditions, is free from any defects in manufacturing, materials and workmanship.

You may return any item you purchased on vaitec.co.ke and its affiliates, within 7 calendar days of your product being delivered, subject to the terms & exceptions below.

 

  1. We will gladly exchange your product for the same model (subject to availability) or give you a refund for the full amount of the merchandise excluding taxes.
  2. Rider and shuttle delivery charges are not refundable.
  3. A return authorization is required for any exchange or refund by calling or messaging +254 723 288 139.
  4. Any product returned to us  without notification or authorization will be returned to the sender address.
  5. You are responsible to securely pack the product and all the original contents. We strongly recommend that you use the original packaging and receipt, if available.
